PATHWAYS is the learning experience platform for employees at TVSM.
As the name suggests there are more paths/ways to learning than just one or two.
The platform hosts e-learning modules, compliance courses, virtual led programs, self-learning modules, learning journeys, etc.
This will be a go-to place for employees for things related to learning – pursue self-learning, nominate for programs, access learning history and so on.
“Learn” sectionThis section has the following four tabs:1.
My learning tab hosts all modules/courses on the platform in a logically grouped channels such as mandatory courses, functional/technical, leadership and management, etc.

LinkedIn learning tab showcasing list of courses along with allowing you to search for courses of your choice.
When clicked on a course it redirects you to the LinkedIn learning platform 3.
Skill path tab has the record of courses and skills you have gained over a period of time as part of the role based competency development mapped by the organization 4.
Training history tab has the archival of all learning courses and modules undergone by you since you have been part of the organization“Collaborate” section This section has the following four tabs:1.
Conversation tab enables you to start a new conversation on a topic or participate in an ongoing discussion topic2.
Survey tab allows you to take part on surveys opened for your response(s)3.
Briefcase tab enables you to create a folder to keep files and share the same with others and/or access shared folders for your use 4.
Blog tab is used for logging your reflections and introspections on something you are learning currently or for whatever else
